2. Services Provided

FedMali Cleaning Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, vacation rentals, garage clean-outs and organization, post-construction cleaning, and event space cleaning. Service availability may vary based on location.


3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking

  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or through our website.

  • A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact information and service details.

3.2 Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods.

  • Any outstanding balances must be settled before additional services are scheduled.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.


4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure safe access to the premises for our cleaning professionals.

  • Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed before service begins.

  • Valuables and personal items should be secured before service.

  • If customers prefer us to use their cleaning products, they must provide them in advance.


5. Liability and Damages

  • FedMali Cleaning Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damages or conditions.

  • If damage occurs during service, it must be reported within 24 hours.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If a customer is not satisfied with a service, they must notify us within 24 hours for a resolution.

  • We will arrange a re-clean or address concerns at our discretion.


7. Privacy and Communication

  • By using our services, customers agree to receive service-related communications.

  • We collect opt-in consent verbally for SMS messaging. Customers can opt out at any time by replying with ‘STOP,’ ‘CANCEL,’ or ‘UNSUBSCRIBE.’

  • We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties.

  • Message Types: Users will receive promotional messages, informational messages, and marketing content.

  • Message Frequency: Messages will be sent approximately once a week.

  • Message and Data Rates: May apply as per your carrier’s terms.

  • Help and Support: For assistance, users can text ‘HELP.’

We serve customers in Orange County and Lake County, Florida. Service availability may be subject to change.
